If you are subject to drug testing, this is the safer choice because the trace THC in full spectrum products, while legal, can sometimes register on sensitive tests. If you have a specific sensitivity to THC or other cannabinoids, isolate removes those variables entirely.
CBD does not have a universal effective dose. Start between 10mg and 25mg daily. Give it two to three weeks of consistent use before concluding it does or does not work for your situation. Single large doses taken occasionally tend to be less effective than consistent smaller doses over time. This is one of the ways CBD behaves differently from most supplements.
