Can you get weed delivered to your hotel in Vancouver?

Only a licensed cannabis store can sell for delivery in BC. The store can use its own staff, a delivery service or a courier, and the same rules follow the order to your door:

• delivery happens between 9AM and 11PM, the hours stores can open
• the person delivering is 19 or older and holds a Selling it Right certificate
• you pay when you order, never at the door
• the driver takes your name and signature, or those of another adult receiving it for you
• nothing is handed to a minor or to anyone who seems intoxicated

If nobody can sign, the order goes back to the store the same day.

BC lets a licensed store deliver to any address in the province the customer gives, and a hotel counts. Hotels set their own rules on what the front desk will accept for guests, so ask before you order, or plan to meet the driver in the lobby with your ID.

No licensed store can deliver after 11PM. A service offering 24-hour delivery, taking orders by text message or asking for payment at the door isn't licensed. Its products skip testing, so the label can't be trusted, and buying from it is illegal.

Smoke-free products suit a hotel best. Edibles and cannabis drinks leave no smell and don't break a smoking ban.
